I'm a 40 something year old mom of three. I am married to a wonderful man. I have lost and gained more weight over the last 10 years and with the latest weight gain I am now about 150 lbs over weight. I have been unselfish for many years worrying about my family but not about myself. My children are about grown with one in the military, one in high school, and the youngest going into high school next year; it is time for me to be a bit selfish and take care of me. I only have this one body that I have neglected so much. Its time to take the time to take care of me.

I have gone back to college after 17 years (college) and 26 years (high school). I love being a student going back to school was the best decision I have made in a long while. I am majoring in Paralegal studies and minoring in Psychology.

My Goals:
Health, I want to run a marathon with my brother, I want to be strong again, Play soccer with my daughter, not be ashamed to go out of the house, quit worrying about what other people think about me.
I want to wear that old mini skirt again just once.

My Program:
Writing down everything I eat to hold myself accountable. Using Weight Watcher point system and entering into Spark.
Exercise - working out at least four days a week, 30 minutes using Wii Fit and Wii Personal Trainer.
Learning to accept myself for who I am and learning to be a bit selfish when it comes to my health and well being.

Personal Information:
I have always had the desire to become a body builder. I don't know if I will ever make that goal but it is sure something to aspire to.

Other Information:
I love to garden; we grow vegatables every year. I knit and love making socks. I love to help people by talking with them and encourageing them to meet their goals. I love to write, but can't seem to find the time to do that as much as I would like to do.
