    Hello and welcome to Sparkpeople! I am not an official greeter, just someone trying to make changes for the better. I hope you enjoy this website as much as I do. All the advertising can feel distracting, but it keeps the website free for all of us. Just ignore it if you want. The website can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but don't give up. Explore a little at a time. If you are confused, ask questions on the Messages Boards,under the Get Help section. I would suggest you join a few teams that interest you and check their message boards daily. You can always withdraw from the team if you find it really doesn't interest you. It can take a little bit of time to get used to the website, don't give up.
    I also suggest under the Message Boards tab, you check out Sparkpeople Café and the Sparkpeople Game Room. There are a lot of fun running posts on these message boards.
    Check your Sparkpoint page and see where you can earn more points.
    Be kind to yourself. Take it one day at a time. Expect set backs and just ride them out. Don't compare yourself to others. You are unique and an individual. You can do this. Good luck on your journey.
