Introduction Text Hello, everyone I've been here before. It was such a help to me, I have been working 12 hour days, plus throw in a car accident that I have some issues that I'm still dealing with for the last 3 months and haven't been able to log on even though I have been watching my weight and trying to eat healthy. I started at 236 and I am still at 200. I give alot of credit to Sparkpeople and the Spark teams I was on.

To lose 10 lbs and then another 10 lbs and then another 10 lbs....

Eat healthier and excercise more.



I love to read books when I can find the time.
