The plan is the same one my son used. He just pulled it from the internet. It is a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, with a long Saturday run. The Saturday builds to 20 miles, two weeks before the race.
I pulled the hammy two days after my son was born in 1987 and I continue to pull it on a regular basis. It sucks getting old. 2195 days ago
