Whats going on! Well its the beginning of 2009 and its the beginning of a new life! Its time to get serious about weight loss and buckle down on nutrition.

My Goals:
I want to look cute in a swimsuit during the summer.

I want to have more confidence.

I want to have my nieces and nephews be proud of the way I look. I want to be able to run around and play with them without feeling too tired.




My Program:
 I'm working out at least 3 times a week, but I'm aiming for more.

I'm cutting my calories down

I'm writing a journal of the things I'm eating

When I go shopping, I look at calories and consciously try to eat more healthy


Personal Information:
I graduated with a communications degree last May

I'm a people person, through and through.

I love watching movies

    I'm okay, sweetie. I'm totally dreading the Saturday 8 mile walk, but at least the weather is beginning to cooperate!

    Glad to know I don't have to come to Texas and knock some sense into you. You're waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cute to settle for left-overs from someone else! Heck...he left you once. He'll do it again. MEN! emoticon

    Oh, great. Now I'm all worried about you. I guess I'm just going to have to come to Texas (?) and get your life under control. You do NOT have to settle for someone who you KNOW is going to hurt you. Too many cute, hunky man things out there to play with. GO GET 'EM, GIRL!
