I joined Sparkpeaple in 2012 and have been sporadically active since. A lot has happened to me since I joined. I started a relationship, moved in with said relationship, went through three pregnancies in a short time, went through a breakup, had a baby, moved out of Seattle and back to my hometown, lost a job, and started school. My life is one where I can easily overstress and I'm trying my best to get fit and lose weight. I'm almost back up to my pregnancy weight but I still have a goal in mind. Right now I just want to get from 220 to 200 and keep going from there.

Update: 200 met in April 2018. Next goal is below 190.

UPDATE: July 25th, 2019!!

So as hard as I've worked to start losing weight, that all came to a screeching halt and then a rapid about turn in late October when I found out that I was pregnant once again. My now husband had some concerns with my rapid weight gain but I wasn't worried. I told him that the same thing happened last time and I lost it pretty quickly when I started breastfeeding. With my first, I also had a lot of energy and endurance and spend a lot of time at the gym until I went back to work. I told him it would be different this time because I wouldn't have to go back to work and continue to breast feed and work out until I lost the baby weight and kept going until I met my goal. Because of this, a little bet got started. If I can get to 150 pounds (my high school weight) within 13 months of having our daughter, he and I would be going on a vacation to Maldives.

Our baby girl, Lila, was born on June 28th and at the time my weight hit a new peak of 257 pounds. I'm already down 20 pounds as of this morning!

Haha what a crazy coincidence! My due date was actually 11/6, but all my kiddos like to come 2 weeks early so it wasn't a surprise that he came early. I was actually hoping on holding out until Halloween, but it just wasn't in the cards for me...lol.
