my effort to get me back to where is was several years ago before the stroke-- and keep me in a fitness "mode" so I can again enjoy the many wind sports i participate in. Would like to find a soul mate to spend "evening" years with -- hope eternal......
Have come to realize that with the support of true friends and family we can achieve the goals we set, with Faith and perseverance we will overcome those battles that life puts in our way. To God be the glory, forever and ever---

Fitness Minutes: 165

My Goals:
To lose down to about 200-- 220 get my "welness" feeling back ontrack-- get back to doing the windsports i so enjoy. If I can geet feeling good about my bodya gain I will be more "socail" and active in the things I enjoy---

My Program:
Diet of about 1200 -1800 calories-- portion controls !! big issue!! Start walking a mile a day--slow at first adn increase the speed toa "fast walk" then back on mountain boards, kite buggies, snorkeling in summer-- riding bike again (starting along with walks-- but slow and easy-- have hypertension issues)

Personal Information:
Coastal Bend region of Texas-- single Dad with teen at home-- (last one ) -- four grandaughters-- a certified (certifable ???) wind junkie-- all about kites!!! Kite club a admin for sites-- quad line kite flyer-- kite event promoter/producer in past, stilldo two events a year locally--

Other Information:
Three piece suit drop out-- was Top One Hundred in US sales for major communications firm-- lean towards high tech and mobile electronics-- self-induced inventor currently interested in energy saving devices

    Thank you for the goodie. My feet could use a great massage after a long hike or walk! Never had one though but some day I will have one and maybe make it a habit of having it done like a full body massage. Had one and wow the best gift you could ever give yourself is a body massage or any kind of massage! :)

    Make an appointment with yourself for exercise if you have to as a reminder in your schedule book. No excuses now that you are rebuilding your temple for the Lord, you need to take the time and gain muscle tone and strength so you can do even more as your health improves!
