    Thanks for commenting on my blog. I really love the SP nutrition tracker because it trackers minerals and nutrients like sodium. I've noticed that I tend to go over my sodium limit 3-4 days per week. My goal this month is to get that down to 1-2 days per week by the end of the month. The good part of quarantine is that I have almost completely stopped eating out, and take out tends to be loaded with salt. The real culprits around here for me are condiments and salad dressings. Working on making my own salad dressings with less salt and sugar and generally using fewer condiments. I don't eat a whole lot of processed food, but I am working on cutting back on what I do eat that's processed to only 2-3 times per week. When we fast it's much easier for me to control my salt, so with the Apostle's Fast this month, things will be a little better. Thanks for the encouragement!
