I am blessed with a good life. I have overcome many obstacles and when I choose to share my life experiences, I am told it's and an interesting story. I am very grateful that I've had the resources in my life to receive wonderful support and a stubbornness to keep on keeping on. Life is good!

Fitness Minutes: 3,412

My Goals:
1. I want to lose weight and get my waist size below 35". I will eat healthy food - veggies, fruits, nuts & seeds, fish, whole grains, LF cheese & Yogurt (Greek).

2. I will do a physical activity for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week.

3. I will read meditate and read an inspirational spiritual reading every morning.

4. I will do one fun thing for myself each week.

5. I will seek positive and fun people.

My Program:
Each day I decide what I'm going to eat based on the activities planned for the day. I also use a calendar to write down appointments, events and meetings with friends so I know what to plan around.

Personal Information:
I am now retired and living on a limited income, so it's necessary for me to discipline my finances and eating and activiites.

Other Information:
I love the beauty of nature.

I love reading novels that include good character development and are set in different locations around the world.

I love watching movies with happy endings.

I love to make pretty things - like sewing, painting, crochet, even pretty meals.

I love music of almost all kinds. I love to dance and move to music.

I love my family and friends and I'm very grateful for them.
