I want to lose the weight, get physically fit and maintain it for me. I want to be able to get back to where I was and maintain that weight and fitness level no matter what. I need to be in control of what I eat and my exercise. I have to put me first and realize that in order for me to do for others I have to do this for myself first. Control is the name of the game. I am so much more at peace with myself when I am physically and mentally fit. The number on the scale is not as important as feeling good about myself and fitting into my clothes. I love the feeling of being able to get dressed in the morning and not having to worry about whether or not something is going to fit. That is the goal!

I am still healthy and do not have any of the health problems that my other family members have and so I want to keep it that way. I don't want to develop any of the "diseases" that are so prevelant in my family history. That is another goal!

Goals for Fall Challenge:
My goals:
1. Log all food and exercise daily.
2. Lose 8 pounds.
3. Workout 5 days a week, three days of cardio and three days of strength training (combining one day).
4. Plan my meals daily so I am not tempted to stray.
5. Drink water!

My Program:
Time to get serious. I will plan and log everything I eat every day. I am going to workout 5 to 6 days a week with cardio 4 to 5 days a week and strengthening/toning 3 to 4 days a week.
