Hi, New year, updated plan! I will be changing my goals to reflect the wt loss already done and the new goals. I still want to lose another 40 lbs. The 76 # lost over the 2 years is gone for good, and I do plan to lose the last 40 this year! Start WT 11/07 was 265#, present WT 1/10 189 Lbs (76 lost)~goal WT 149. Once I reach that I may go for another 20#. after my husband was diagnosed with Lymphoma, David lost his battle with cancer July 24, 2008, I decided I needed to get healthier and fit to live longer for my children and grandchildren. I have 5 children and 11 grandchildren. I had been having a hard time losing weight but love SP as they have been a major help both with weight loss and motivation. I decided its time to lose some more weight and thought this will be a good place to do that! Having a place to go everyday will keep me motivated and on target. I started losing weight again when I hit 265, lost 15 lbs over 6 months then found SP, now I am below 200# for the first time in nearly 10 years. SP is the best for learning healthy ways and motivation.

My Goals:
Keep Losing weight, into my size 12 jeans.

exercising every day

Eating healthy
8+ hours of sleep a night 8+ glasses water or more a day

Keep firming up my flying squirrel upper arms and get my backside back up where it belongs.


My Program:
Tracking and logging everything I eat drink .

watching what I eat and drink and keep in a reasonable range.

Gardening when weather permits, camping , hiking and riding my bike as well as walking. Doing my Wii fit . At least 60 min exercise a day and doing strength training.

Not relying on my scale to visualize the progress I am making.

Keep being social and enjoying life and my hobbies.









Personal Information:
I was born in CA and moved to WA in 1970. I am an RN, retired due to back injury and miss working. I play games on Pogo.com mostly and surf for information on my puter, take lots of photos. I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren in CA the rest are in WA. email is wendi99@hotmail.com


Other Information:
Hobbies are scrapbooking, photography and cooking-I enjoy tweeking recipes to make my favorites healthier. Camping fishing and I love to read. Good books:
"The Red Tent" I recommend this to everyone."The Hobbit and LOTR trilogy" "The Road" by Cormac McCarthy, and most any book.

    Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. Hubby and I are going to a movie tonight. Just like we did when we dated. The movie is called "Couples Retreat" it is suppose to be a cute comedy. We both love to laugh, and I have so much to live for and laugh about.
    I am so happy to be alive to celebrate anther year that the Lord has given me in my life. I am also blessed to have wonderful friends like you.
    It is raining kitties and puppies here today so I am going to deep condition my hair and soak in a bubble bath so I will be all pretty for my date tonight. Have a wonderful day. Sandy

    I hope you'll be totally over your cold by tomorrow! You're much better than I am at still getting things done in spite of feeling like poo. I'd much rather sit around and do nothing when I'm sick...but heck, I like to sit around and do nothing even when I'm not sick! LOL

    I'm much better today, but the cough is hanging around...ugh. I will probably go back to work tomorrow...I haven't been in the office or even checked my emails since Sept 15!!!!

    Thanks for the goodie. I noticed that your getting very close to your goal. Great job, I hope your feeling better.
    Boy it has been really cool in the morning. I don't know if I am ready for winter yet, but I do think we will have a hard one this year, it just feels like it will be.
    I volunteer tomorrow at the Museum.

    Hey, I am up very late, I do not like the hard beds here at the hotel,. I have a water bed at home and I find it hard to sleep when I am away from my creature comforts.
    Hubby was really late getting in tonight which always keeps me on edge until he walks through the door. He is asleep and snoring. I should take a warm bath and get to bed.
