I belong to the Y, and I will walk the dog every day also. I work a lot of hours, usually 12 hours a day and spend almost an hour of driving to and from work. My free time is limited but eating healthy and exercising will get me to where I want to be. I plan to swim, bike and lift weights also.

Hi, I'm Kim, 53, originally from upstate NY, transplanted to the Pittsburgh area for 26 years, and now living back in NY for good this time.
I love to kayak, walk and run, mountain bike, camp, hike, travel, garden and read.

I am currently trying to walk 4 days a week for 2-4 miles.
I lift weights and/or do an ab workout 3 days a week
I eat as healthy as I can "most of the time"
I've made exercise a daily habit
