I'm taking back my life, one day, one step, at a time. To do this, I am going back to the beginning of my program, and pretending this is day 1.

My weight loss goal is to lose at total of 156 pounds.
I am becoming a healthier person not only through weight loss, but by learning how to incorporate healthy thinking into my days, and positive energies into my life.
My Program:
1) Low sodium
2) careful carb choices
3) 10 minutes minimum exercise every day
4) Love myself
5) Be a positive person

My name is Lynn, and I live in NC. I have many hobbies, love my friends, and can't wait to be a healthier me!
As I tell my girls, you can do anything you put your mind to. Now it's time for mom to step up and show em how it's done!
Other Information:
I love Gone With The Wind, playing WoW, sewing, stitching, crocheting. My favorite tv shows are Outlander, NCIS, Criminal Minds and anything Bruins!

Are you interested in a Challenge?
The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
