    I know that you are frustrated. One of the things I've learned in this process from watching my husband yoyo over time is you need to have enough calories to function properly or you body will shut down.

    Doctors aren't trained to give good advice on weight loss but nutritionists are. Get an appointment with someone who knows about diets and get a plan together.

    As far as exercise is concerned. just walking stairs or across the parking lot or lifting your laundry basket up and down fully loaded will help. Aim to make your jobs more active and I'll bet you'll see results.

    Above all, don't get discouraged. Two steps forward and one step backward is STILL one step forward. You can and will get there.
