It's All Good


Life is good at the moment. I'm still exercising and keeping my weight down. One habit that I've managed to stick to. I'd still like to get some more off, but I'm happy with where I am, if this is "where" I "have to be". My health is good, I'm happy and I'm still trying.

My Goals:
Continue to exercise at least 20 minutes every day ..trampoline
Watch my portions
Have one fruit and one
vegetable each day and gradually increase.
Weigh yourself each week to make sure you stay on track

My Program:
 No snacking after supper
Get a 20 min. exercise routine in every day
Fruit and veggies every day
Do a weigh in every wk.
Stick with Sparkpeople

    How is it going for you? It has been a real ruff time with my husband and his cancer. He is still going for treatments because the cancer came back and he already had a stem cell transplant (his stem cells) and then a bone marrow transplant that came from our sons marrow. Now he is going through chemo because it is back. I just wish that he would go into the natural treatment and not all that toxic stuff that the doctors are giving him. Please pray for him. Thanks
