Hello everyone.
My story is similar to those of many. I never struggled with weight when I was younger, although I always perceived myself as fat and overweight. As I aged, the challenge became more difficult.
I began a program in May which made me ill and led me to change my diet and lifestyle once again.

My Goals:
My weight loss goal is to lose at least 65 more pounds and achieve a high level of physical fitness.
My Program:
I follow a plant based diet for health and weight loss. I avoid all animal products, processed foods, and chemicals. I limit the use of added oils, sugars, and soy.
I've recently added an exercise regime to include walking, yoga, pilates, and balance training.
Much of my home gym equipment disappeared during my last move, so I currently need to follow simple programs.
Personal Information:
I'm originally from new Jersey, but have lived in Florida for 10 years, and in Naples for nearly 4 years.
Other Information:
There is no try, only do.
