I'M BACK AND I'M LOVING THE SKIN I'M IN!!!!!
I didn't realize that pushing myself beyond my limits could feel so rewarding... but it is. Sometimes you've just gotta be SMARTER THAN YOURSELF... sounds odd, I'll admit, but it's true. When your body says 'no more,' throw out the BS flag and pound out 5 more reps or go 5 more minutes. Once you do it, look yourself in the eye *****a mirror may be required here***** and tell yourself "I told you so." ***insert gloating smirk here*** You have ALL of the tools necessary for success in your ...

My Goals:
Like most people, I really want to lose weight... but I don't just wanna lose weight, I wanna be a fox when I'm done. I want to spend a half an hour listening to my friends and family yelling at me telling me to stop primping or else we're going to be late! I soooooooooooo miss those days and want them back! If that means eating healthier, weight training and hitting the road to do it... SO BE IT! Why? Because I want my body back!
My Program:
I tried to stick to the spark's eating plan as it pertains to calories, vegetable servings, etc. BUT, I substitute my favorites and try to stay within the eating parameters. I run or do the elliptical daily. I do P90X on the days that I'm feeling particularly good, otherwise I do weight training 4 days a week. I have stopped focusing on weight loss and have (instead) begun to focus on the inches I've lost. Personally, it's been more rewarding. I have developed playlists for each activity I do... one for weight training, one for running, one for riding a bike etc.
