I know it's not going to be easy, but I'm determined to lose! I'm 47, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyagia and 100 lbs overweight. I need to lose!

Mainly I need to lose because of health issues. But looking into the mirror and liking what I see would be an AWESOME plus!

I have to start slowly. I am adding more fruits and veggies and beginning to walk 10 - 15 min at a time. I'm going to try the strength training to see where I am at.

I'm a city girl who now lives in the country and loves it.

I like quilting, reading, coffee and my cat on my lap purring. No, not all at the same time, but it would make for a nice afternoon, wouldn't it? Throw in a nap and I (and Whiskers) would be in heaven!
