I'm a soccer mom and work in the building products industry.

I've gained a lot of weight relatively unchecked for a number of years. Back in 2005 I was on this site and did the food/ exercise tracking and made some progress, but then wen on a cruise vacation and have backslided since.

So now this time I'm looking for something that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
