    I eat fruits and veggies and do beans and jennie o im sure that is fine if i dont eat bread i can stil lget my fiber as that can come from brown rice dont u agree

    You're right! As long as we're 90% fruits, veggies and beans, we should be good...so it's not so bad if we slip up every now and then. What matters is how we eat over time. THANKS for your support and for being on this plan with me!

    Right! It doesn't make sense to eat as much protein from animals as we do. I read the Kind Diet too! The recipes in that book are really hard to make...lots of ingredients that I've never heard of and I don't live near a health food store : ( I thought about getting a juicer too, but good ones are almost $300! Plus, when you juice, you eliminate all of the good fiber in the whole veggies and fruits. The Eat to Live plan is just a plant-based diet (fruits, veggies and beans) without processed foods, sugars, and low on sodium. It works! But it's very restrictive : ( I'm trying to learn how to cook vegan, because I can't live on salads and plain fruit forever ; ) GOOD LUCK to you...keep me posted on your progress!
