Just do it!

2019 is the Year of Me as I journey towards improved health and wellness. With a lackluster Q1, and a better Q2, it is still not too late to accomplish this goal.

My Goals:
Live a healthy fit life, NEVER quit.

Though I have loved the 5% Challenges.....taking a break from them to try something new for rest of 2019

2014 Summer 5% Challenge Results:
(my best Challenge)

Weight: Lost 11#
Hips: Lost 2"
BMI 25.5 just short of goal to achieve healthy range of 25
WHR .72
Size: 12 (from sz 14)


My Program:
100 Days of Accountability, Ongoing Chapters

Plan "Can Do" list before the start of every day.

Find positives in every day.

Did many 5% Challenge Programs. They kept me actively engaged.

Exercise 5 days for 30 min; 2 days for 10 min

Eat a healthy balanced 1200 - 1555 calories daily. 5 of 7 days will be 1400 calories or less. Holidays, family events, vacation option: max daily calories=weight x 15 calories.
Snacks are healthy choices and if not, VERY limited
No eating past 7p.



Personal Information:
Happily married with 3 terrific grown boys, 4 lovely grandkids. Took an early retirement in 2009, which presented many new lifestyle changes. Have a bookkeeping business going that has me working much too much; watch 6 yr old granddaughter 2 days weekly and grand toddler the other 2 days....and still must make time for my client work, so I am very busy all of the time.


Other Information:
Enjoy time with family and friends, mini vacations, a little gardening, and when time permits reading. Recently got interested in watercolor after a class...haven't really found the time to continue this interest.

    I was shocked that I got 20 points on the wheel today. Yesterday I got 10. Wahoo!! i hope this keeps up.

    Thank you so much for the kind comment. I am just about to 20lbs lost. It has been slow and steady and I have seen and feel the results. I just feel like I am in a bit of a slump. I will climb out and continue on this path.
