My Goals:
1. I would like to be able to weigh 125 pounds and actually keep it off.
2. I'd to to permanently change my lifestyle to a healthy one.
My Program:
1. I complete 45 minutes of cardio 4-5 days per week.
2. I indulge in basic yoga classes one a week.
3. I drink a gallon of water a day.
4. I will track my calories on a daily basis again.
