    I imagine emotionally you must have been all over the place but certainly stronger and I think having your religious beliefs will be a constant source of support to you.
    I know you're getting back to exercising and healthy eating because you never, ever give up.

    Life here is plodding on and I'm having mega moments but there we are. More effort and a lot more self-belief is needed but more "other things" are needed as well. So plod on, keep moving forward and don't give up eh?

    Glad you enjoyed the garden tour and thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. We're about 100 miles from Norfolk and go down that way a lot for Other Things. I am SO glad I finally got back there for the garden. another really super place down in the Hampton Roads area is the Chrysler Museum. I went to a wedding there and it was so cool to be leaning against the wall, wine goblet in hand, beside a case with an ancient Roman glass goblet inside.

    Thanks for the friend add.

    I found that I had to start being nicer to myself. I'm no longer getting so down on myself when I slip. I've changed my mindset from "I have to do this and I don't really want to" to "I want to be healthy and this is how I get there". That change in mindset seems to make it calmer and easier to follow the healthy path.

    I guess it's kinda taking the emotional tug and pull out of the equation.

    Keep on working the plan and it will happen.

    Sending you my tamale pie recipe

    1 jar green salsa
    2 cooked chicken breast shredded
    1 cup summer squash diced
    1 cup corn
    1 package jiffy corn bread
    1 tomato
    1 TBS chili power

    Mix together every ting but corn bread mix, tomato .and chili power.
    Pour in to casserole. In bowl mix corn bread per instruction on box, pour on to casserole top with slice tomato. Sprinkle with chili powder.
