My Goals:
I will lose 20 lbs. by my birthday at the end of June.
Exercising 3 times a week at Curves or other exercise.
Cut down on drinking diet sodas. Jan. 30th
Drinking more water--which I never have had trouble with until just recently.
Getting my life back on track and a routine planned and not just going from day to day.
I can do this. emoticon
My Program:
I have a hard time making goals. Right now I am trying to cut back on drinking diet sodas, exercising 4 times a week, and planning my meals each week.

My name is Vickie and I am from northeast Tennessee about 2 miles for the Bristol Motor Speedway, if you know about Nascar. I am married to a wonderful husband and we like to ride motorcycles. I like to read and crochet. I like to shop and I love jewelry.

Ok; So as of the first of the year you will commit to eating properly and exercising. I'll hold you to it.
And I am tring to improve now so maybe by then I'll be able to be back on track and then we can do it together.
