Hi, my name is Trisha. I just moved to Sunny Central Oregon, from Klamath Falls. It is a very nice change.

I am currently attending college online and have my associates degree in accounting. I will also be pursuing a career in my new field so I am trying to lose some weight so that I can look more professional when I start my new career.

I never had a problem with my weight, I have had three kids and after each one I easily got back down to my previous weight of 125 in no time. As I started nearing my 30's I started packing on the pounds, I went through a divorce, a job change, and my son becoming very ill, and have just had a lot of stress in my life for the last 7 years. I was 200 Pounds when I started this journey, with at least 65 pounds to lose. Look at me now....Just a measley 6 pounds away from my goal weight.

I DID IT!! No pills, no fancy diets, just me, good old fashioned exercise, and eating right. If you are just getting started with Spark People, and don't think you can do it...TRUST ME...IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT.

This week I embarked on the journey of being a single mom. I have been with the same man for 10 years, and our relationship was going nowhere. He moved out and now it is just the kids and I.

I look better, I feel better, and I am much more confident. I owe it all to Spark People. I am so happy, I just can't wait till I reach that goal of mine!!!

My Program:
I have evolved from walking every day to Jogging every day. I am eating a balanced diet of 1200 calories per day, and burning off 430 calories every day doing Cardio. My main goal is to have jogged/walked 1000 miles in 2010. As of today August 12, 2010 I am at 582 miles. I have a ways to go, but I am confident that I will get there.



Personal Information:
My family and I just moved to Redmond Oregon. I am excited to be starting our new life in our new home.

I had a line posted here about how much I hate myself, but it was brought to my attention that I put that line there, and it really isn't true any more. I am not focusing on what is wrong with me anymore. I have lost 45 pounds in 7 months, I am so proud of myself. I can do this, and I know it. I have given myself permission to not be perfect. Most importantly, I am learning to love myself again. Every day I am proving to myself that I deserve this.


Other Information:
Set your goals, and keep them in sight. When I started this mission I had a very bad attitude and a bleak outlook on things.

I feel better than I have in years. I can do this. I have spent the last 7 years of my life making excuses and accepting that I would be fat for the rest of my life.

NOT ANYMORE!!

I now have goals, and ambitions. I have purpose!

    hi there girl how are u and how was ur thanksgiving hows the weight loss going u have come so far and I'm so proud of u i envy people like u :) Im doing good have a little bit of a soar throat but i got my work out in today any was i worked out 6 days last week gonna do 4 this week. getting so close to 30 lb loss hope i see dome new numbers but if not atleast i can tell by the inches.

    hi wanted to say hi and hope u have a great workout over the weekend if u can get one in so far this week i worked out on the treadmill mon-wed-thurs-fri Im going to try and get a work out in tomorrow if i can maybe hubby can watch the boys why i jump on the treadmill. I'm just gettng so close to lsing 30 lbs that its making me want to work out more. i did 206 mins this week of working plus ive been trying to watch what i eat hubbys dad got us a cheese cake im like what are u kidding me lol. all diff flavors i did have a piece lastnight and a piece in the morning thats it for me the rest im frezzing. how much more u have to lose? u look amazing and have come so far can u believe its really u when u look back on pics? take care

    awww ur so funny. im looking hot :) it feels great i still dont believe it. i just wait to get to 140 and then try 132 but i know one step at a time and ill no ill get there sooner or later. hubby got me them boots they were only $40 they are so comfee x-mas hes getting me a pair of running shoes :) its nice seeing pics of ur self and seeing the progress ur making its hard when u see urself everyday u cant tell untill u look at a before pic. keep up the great work and let me know about the sixe 5 im still a 12 but then agian i havent tryed on any pants sense aug lol

    hi there girl my week was good i weigh in tomorrow. lbs are coming off slow lost 2 last week hoping to lose more then 2 this week 15 more to go for me and ill be happy. going to try and work out m-f this week but everything is going great yea why not just try on a 5 and see let me know ow it goes keep up the great work and that 1 lb may just be water weight keep on moving ur almost there :)
