It's time for a change.


Hi,
I found this site about 2 years ago and I occasionally use it-maybe one or two weeks of food/exercise tracking, collect some SparkPoints and then drop out. I've never made a SparkPage or joined any SparkTeams. So this time I'm going to do things different. I need a change.
