Continuing the journey
I have been on spark for a few years now and have had my ups and downs both in motivation and weight. I am back now to continue on this journey to be healthy.
I am going to do things a little differently this time by focusing on loving myself as I am now. I am making the changes to feel healthier, be more comfortable with myself, fit better into my clothes, feel accomplished at what I set out to do and exercise to feel good instead of to lose weight or punish myself. I am going to do things a little differently this time by focusing on loving myself as I am now. I am making the changes to feel healthier, be more comfortable with myself, fit better into my clothes, feel accomplished at what I set out to do and exercise to feel good instead of to lose weight or punish myself. My focus now is not about weight, and although I hope that weight loss is a side effect of my efforts, learning to love myself and take care of myself properly is the ultimate goal.

Personal Information:
I live in Philly near the art museum and have been married for 7 months.
I am a research technician at a medical school, but I really want to be a mom and stay home with my kids.
I LOVE to cook and bake. I am better at baking, and am considering starting a small baking business out of my home someday.
I love to try new recipes, even though I can be a picky eater.
