I am Vicki a person who is over-weight and out of shape, and ready to make a commitment to getting healthier through diet and exercise. I am going to be celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary soon, and would love to look hotter than when we got married. We have three children Logan 8, Reagan 6, and Brock 3 1/2. It is a challenge to be able to stay at home with them and continue with my goals, but it will be done this time.



Rewards:
This is going to be fun, because I never rewarded myself (excluding a pat on the back). I am starting from 162 as that is the highest I reached as of May 1, 2009.

5 pounds lost - by 6/19/09 new sandles - goal met 6/19
10 pounds - by 7/10/09 new summer bag
15 pounds - 7/31/09 new shirt
20 pounds - 8/21/09 new bras
25 pounds - 9/11/09 new jeans
30 pounds - 10/2/09 new dress

My Goals:
Goals:
1. Be able to run a 5K (I currently can't jog like that continuously for that long).
2. Be able to complete my 4th half marathon (albeit in a walk/jog fashion).
3. Be healthier, leaner, and in much better shape than when I started this journey.


My Program:
Walking/stroller pushing,
Turbo Jam or other DVDs, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, strength training.



Personal Information:
Mom of three kids from Indiana.
I am a christian, and I don't like to diet, so I pray a lot for willpower.
I volunteer my time to kids activities and church.


Other Information:
Love to do crafts
mainly stamping and scrapbooking when I have the time.

Love to cook, hate to do dishes. Don't have time to do either.

    Guess i'm a day late - did you get your exercise in? i find that i'm a lot happier and productive when i exercise regularly. Even so, sometimes i miss a day here and there.
