    I read your post about losing your husband a yr ago. It's hard to concentrate on yourself while mourning. I'm still mourning dads passing on Christmas night. I haven't really cared that much. I'm trying to get back in the mindset for losing.

    Hi there! Just catching up with Spark friends. I hope you've rebounded from the bug! Stomach virus sent me into a tizzy few weeks ago. I tend to be famished and bingy after illness. It takes effort to refocus and get hungry for my healthy usual foods again. It is a process and takes effort. That part of weight management is forever but it does come more naturally now. I don't ever want to go backwards, but I do play with a few pounds up like right now. But, back on track is the key and that's what I am doing! Hope all,is well with you!
