I began in earnest in Oct 2011 by joining Weight Watchers. I am down 46 lbs and have 40 to go!

I have taken up running and am training for my first half marathon in September 12. My eventual goal is to run a Disney 1/2 or full marathon!

86 pounds off to reach a Healthy weight to height ratio of 150.

Run a 1/2 marathon

Be healthy and enjoy life!

 I enjoy attending Weight Watchers meetings and use all e-tools. My WW buddies are helping me every step of the way!

    Hey buddy! :) Just checkin' in! How have you been doing this week? I have not exercised as much as I would have liked, so I will be working on changing that next week. I did sign up for a 5K race in May, so I need to keep at the running. I have NEVER done a real race before. I have ran plenty of 5K's on my own in the neighborhood, but am a little nervous about running in front of tons of people. Oh well... new workout gear, right!! lol. Gotta look good!! How is YOUR running going? Congrats again on being the MVP last week! You are doing phenomenal and I am glad you joined the team!
