Living Life Abundantly
I need to lose weight. I realize that losing weight is going to be a journey where I will develop discipline, build self esteem and definitely depend on God. It will be a difficult journey but in the end I will be a better person physically, mentally and spiritual.....and that makes it worth it! 2010 is about me living life abundantly!!!!

-July Goals
* Stay between 1200-1500 cal/day
*Track food (all)
*Minimum 3 freggies/day
*3L water/day
*Cardio (4-5 times/week)
*1 hour nature walk (2-3/week)
*Add yoga to routine
*Hit Level 12 on Elliptical
*Be able to do 10 "manly" push-ups
My Program:
- Elliptical machine-45 minutes
-Strength training- Jerry Love, Pilates, The Firm, Crunch DVDs
-Bellydance- NewYorkDance DVDs
