hello, my name is stephanie and I'm a 23 year old single mom of a beautiful 2 year old little girl. I'm currently serving in the US Navy and have been for the last 5 years (yeah I'm a lifer! lol) I have always been able to pass my fitness tests with flying colors but I've never been able to meet the weigh-ins. I've always passed taping but I want to be able to loose the extra weight I can pass my weigh-ins without being taped as well as be healthier for myself and my daughter.

I am also a Pharm Tech so every day, I see people come to the hospital who need meds for diabetes, HBP, CHF, cholsterol, ect, ect and I do NOT want to be one of those people later on down the road.

Fitness Minutes: 350

My Goals:
1. To loose 50 pounds by March '09

2. To be more healthy and active so that I may be a good role model for my daughter.

3. Be able to run 5 miles without stopping or feeling like I'm gonna pass out.

4. Be able to do 20 correct push ups and 5 correct pull ups.

My Program:
At least 30 minutes of cardio 7 days a week, 40 minutes of weight training 3 days a week. Keep my calories under 1800 each day. Drink at least 72 ounces of water every day.

Other Information:
I love to cook, read, write, play with my little girl, spend time with my family and going to the beach. I try to take all of life's punches with a smile cause its not gonna get any easier, its all in how you handle it.
