    The best thing I can tell you is first see a doctor and make sure you dont have any issues..like thyroid condition and then get on any healthy and sensible diet that limits portions . Find out from your doctor what a good amount would be caloric wise and keep track of it with the nutrition section here :) Spark makes it so easy for us. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of veggies and fruit. For my weight im at 2300 calories per day..I dont know what it would be for your weight, however. Spark has some tools that may be able to give you an idea if your doctor cant..but he can im sure :D

I was looking over your blogs and sparkspage and i was jus wondering if you can give me some ideas on how you lose the weight you doo? -Im new to this and im having a very hard time figuring out what things are best for me.....Soo i was wondering if you can give me a few suggestions... or ideas that you doo to lose weight!
