1. Drinking enough water
2. Tracking my foods and doing my best to stay in my range on nutrients as well as calories.
3. Tracking my exercises, both cardio & strength.
Personal Information:
I live in NY just east of Rochester, have lived here for the last 35 years.
I have 2 boys, one is 27 and the other is 20
Other Information:
I love reading, listening to audio books and music.
My older son loves to tease me about my music. He says I have no taste in music because I will listen to almost any thing. The majority of my music collection is:
Country, Classical, Muscials, Pop & Rock
