I'm Vanessa and I work as a business and life coach. The biggest challenge in my life and the biggest goal is to lose 50lbs by November 2010. I have a high goal and a short space of time. I've already lost 9lbs by changing my food intake and exercising.

I just quit a high profile job as a fit model for a well know plus-size fashion brand because I'm so determined to get fit and shed the weight that has been building up for over 15 years.

I also wanted to achieve goals within my own business and guide people through the biggest goals of their lives - how could I do that without addressing my own?

I've had to deal with my mindset changing from 'fat is fabulous' to 'I don't want to be obese any more.'

I have an online coach as well as a coach at my local gym and I work out every day. I refuse to go on a diet but I do follow an eating plan that takes in five small meals a day which mixes protein, fresh vegetables, fish, lean and white meats plus lots and lots of water.

I feel amazing so far and I want to share my journey with like minded people not only to inspire but be inspired.

My Goals:

I'm want to stay motivated and focused even on weeks where I don't loose anything.

My Program:
I track my daily food intake and excecise.

I work with coaches at my local gym as well as weight loss expert in the States via email.

She answers any questions I have as well as keeps letting me know how well I'm doing.
