MOTIVATION


I'm a very intense lady. I have had to learn a lot about nutrition over the years, I've been a vegetarian for more than 15yrs, I beat candida, I've had kidney stones 5 times and recently had my gallbladder removed. I've always found a new way to eat, due to food and digestion issues. Now it has become too much for me to deal with alone and I have become very self defeating which is making me sick. I need help and I need a place to be with all of this!!!!!

My Goals:
This is the heaviest I've ever been and it is uncomfortable...my goal is to be me again!

My Program:
 I'm involved in a nutrition program at ASU and will be meeting with a nutrtionalist soon...until I revamp my whole method I'm going to just track everything and depend on all of you for motiviation..also I've started MOVING again!
