Humor, spirit, joy of life, laughter, love, and fun...they are the core emotions that have encompassed my life...and the emotions I am MOST comfortable with in my own skin. For me, these emotions are deeply rooted with family and food has always been center stage when family gathered. I realized that my love for food is connected to these "happy" feelings. I use to be a size 9 pant and loved it. I have always had to watch what I ate though to maintain a thin wasteline. I gained 50 lbs. with my first child and lost all but 10 lbs of it. I quit smoking and gained 40 pounds. At the time, I was quite upset but thrilled that I had quit smoking. I also kept another 10 lbs. on after my second there you have it....60 pounds that STILL need to come off 20 years later!!! So, here I am on Sparkpeople....trying to keep on posting....keep on blogging....tracking my food, water, and exercise....hoping to keep my weight loss woes in the forefront rather than on the back burner.

My Goals:
Log into Sparkpeople daily.

Exercise 30 minutes every day.

Journal everything I eat every day and keep within guidelines.

My Program:
I plan on keeping my tumbler bottle full with me at all times. If I drink three a day, I've had 10 glasses of water.

I'll log into Spark people every day...the same time to log my food intake and exercise.

Swim in the pool every day until the weather turns. Then, I'll bring up my exercise bike, dust it off, and start using it!
