    Just stopping by to see how you are doing. Thank you for your kind comments. I am glad that I am inspiring for you. I am trying to never give up. I didnt lose for a couple weeks and that is frustrating but I finally lost 2.1 lbs and got over the 40lbs gone ! You can do it-just keep on picking yourself up if you goof up or whatever-dont wait til the next day-get right back on track. Well that is my advice anyway. I get alot of help from looking for easy recipes in the recipe site. They are easy to track with all the info on them. Hope you are having a good Sunday!

    Did you quit? I hope you didn't because I know you really want to get to that goal as that is the reason you came here. It is hard, but it is even harder to continue to haul that heavy load around.

    I'm reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. and it has really helped me to understand myself. It is on stopping emotional eating. He says it is the reason 95% of people regain the weight they lose.
