    Hey there, I am kind of new to all this. I have been using sparkpeople to count calories for the last 2 months, but I just made a profile page a couple weeks ago, so I am still learning how to use things and talk to people on here. Anyway, I just joined the virginiabeachsparkpeople and I saw you and saw you have 2 kids and are in my area. I am Brooke, 25 years old and also a Navy wife. I am from SC, and have been here with my husband for 5 years. I have 2 boys. One is almost 4 and 1 is 18 months. I am in the Windsor Woods (Rosemont Holland Rd area).     I am in this boat with you. I am 23 and have had 2 children, both by cesarean. Connor would be almost 3.5, and Liam is 10 months. I still have about 20 pounds to is really hard! We should look to each other for advice!

    I came across your page from Poly's blog on where everyone is from. We don't live too far apart so I thought I'd hit you up. I am retired from the Navy but my hubby is still in so I am a Navy wife also. I understand how hard it is to juggle the kids and still find time for yourself but you seem to be on the right path, walking and with the wii fit. Be patient.     Do you have an exercise machine? You could also do work out videos. Those all could be done in your house with you kids. You can also buy a set of 10lb weights and do all sorts of exercises in your living room. emoticon
