Hi! My name is Audrey! I am a 34 year old housewife and mother who has been struggling with being overweight (and obese) for over a decade. I used to be in great shape (115lbs and a dancer), but being in shape turned into being out of shape quite quickly after high school and ceasing the dance lessons that had kept me fit and trim all my life. Now that I am a mom I feel that regaining my previous healthy lifestyle needs to be a priority so that I can lead a long, happy, healthy life with my family. My daughters are both mischief makers and full of energy. It's tough to keep up with them. Between cleaning up toys and breaking up fights, it's sometimes hard to even catch my breath. On top of that, we just added a little boy to our clan. He's coming into his "terrible twos". I've had a recent backslide which I am trying to stop in it's tracks. Plenty of things that are contributing to it, and I need to find the way to circumvent them. My "diet" is just sensible moderation. Cals in vs cals out. I track when I remember, which is pretty inconsistently right now. As for my exercise plan, I'm hoping to very soon get a gym membership and take advantage of the offered fitness classes. Until then, it's what I sneak in around the kids.

I will do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.

I will track my calories and fitness daily.

Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters, and a handsome little son.

Prior to meeting my husband I weighed right around 115lbs. (HS Junior) After meeting him and becoming "comfortable", and after having previously quit dance classes I shot up to 275lbs.

Other Information:
I really enjoy being outdoors. I also enjoy reading, dancing, and singing.

I someday hope to learn to play an instrument (maybe guitar or bass).

I LOVE my children more than anything

    Good luck on our Spring emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Challenge in the Champions in the Kitchen.

    I am excited that you are apart of the team. We got this!

    How are you doing with the LTGL challenge of drinking more water? emoticon emoticon I already don't drink soda but it is still a challenge to drink plain water I can usually get in 6 glasses. I do like ice cold tea however I am sensitive to caffeine now so I have to drink it in small quantities or it make me feel weird. I do love fruit flavored waters though. I also use Dasani sugar free water drops that you can get usually by the kool-aid things. It is portable and helps me to drink more. If you do take it on the go be sure to have in contained in a ziplock baggie or something similar I had one leak in my purse. It wasn't pleasant. Smelled good just everything got into a sticky mess. emoticon
