I am looking to increase my fitness while decrease my weight! I just got re-inspired through my daughter and husband! Since June 16, 2014, I have been. So far 61.2 pounds gone, still more to go, but I can do it....one day at a time...

I'm learning that logging in all my food and exercising at least 30 minutes each day, I stay inspired!

My Goals:
I hope to lose over 100 pounds by next year (or whenever!) and get fit at the same time. I will keep on going....


My Program:
I am using Take Shape For Life to help keep my blood sugar even (5-6 small meals a day) as well as exercise. I've lost over 60 pounds since June 2014. I also use SparkPeople page for support. Logging in my food and exercise through My Fitness Pal has also helped.



Personal Information:
I live in the real northern California, just 40 miles south of the Oregon border. Beautiful area, and I am now retired (I used to work for the Klamath National Forest as a NEPA Coordinator). Now I am my church's secretary and LOVE having more time to quilt (and exercise!).
