I am shocked that I have so much weight to lose again, I have to do this now otherwise I feel I will never do it, and then I will feel like I have failed at one of the most important things in my life. I have been trying to do this since I was in my late teens. So here goes.

I have a really really big goal, I will be breaking it down into small goals.

We can reverse years of damage to our bodies by deciding to raise our standards for ourselves, then living differently. Old wounds heal, injuries repair, and the whole system improves with just a few changes in what we put into our bodies and how we move them.

My Program:
I am chasing foster kids around.

I am going to use an aerobic step machine.

I am going to use a cross trainer.

I am going to go for a walk when the time and weather allow.

I am going to take as many tips, hints and useful suggestions from people as I possibly can.

I suppose my programme is to be adjusted where necessary.

Personal Information:
I am in Western Australia, although I am from Birmingham in the UK originally. I love living here and I love fostering children. I have a happy life but feel that I am not healthy, and that I have been overweight for so long that it is really time to change the situation. It is time to put up and shut up as they say......

You won't fail if you're not perfect, you'll fail if you're not committed to improving yourself slightly each day.

Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.
