You are awesome! Thank you so much for such a complete answer! I appreciate the time and thought you put into it. I also weigh myself each morning, after the bathroom, with the same minimal clothes on, and before eating or drinking. If it's a doctor appointment day, we go right after the home-weigh-in, so we can compare the scales. I'm not sure if you saw me posting about last October's weigh in. There was a 19 pound DIFFERENCE in the doc's scale and ours!!!!!!! NINETEEN! I was so ticked, because I thought I had lost over 20 lbs and it was actually only a 5 lb loss! (The doc was excited though). I like the idea of looking at the numbers in the way YOU do.

Technical issue probably... More than likely I'll have to change my fitness goals on the website and I haven't had time to figure it out lol That and calculation for what my goal should be is going to be interesting... 7 hours min sounds about right 1444 days ago
