    I always like your posts on the Spark People message blogs. You've been a help to me on my weight-loss journey -- specifically, convincing me not to hold onto the hand rails on the treadmill. I'm happy to report I can now go 3.2 mph on the treadmill on a 5 percent incline for 30 minutes and barely touch the handles at all. :) - Thanks, Carrie
