Introduction Text Who would think that someone would put together such a website and not charge for admission? There is no accident that Sparkpeople came along when everyone else wants to make a ton of money off of our misery. I am grateful I found this place.

Start a new way of living, drop all my extra pounds, be as athletic as I want and regain my confidence. I have a new goal to work with Coach Nicole in the New YOU Bootcamp - Hooray!! My goal is to lose 1 inch of waistline and 8 pounds.

Sparkpeople, sparkpeople and sparkpeople! I am a former weight watchers member who has converted to this more reasonable and no charge way to achieve goals.

I love the noise and action of bowling and the peace and inspiration of nature. I am a follower of Christ and accepting of all religious beliefs, including no belief.
