    Hi there! I was just reading your page and I have a suggestion in regards to your dilema if you are looking for them...
    If all you want to do is tighten your tummy up, do some focused excercises. There is this really cool one I recently learned that involves the whole core called the plank. Get in push-up position, but instead of resting on your hands, clasp them together and rest on your elbows. Hold your body level (no butt in the air) for 20-30 seconds at a time... you will feel it working! That with some other ab workouts will strengthen the muscles and a little cardio will help burn off the fat surrounding it!
