 Right now I am just taking things a day at a time. Trying to be aware of my choices and track them. I'm setting small goals and focusiing on little accomplishments and changes.

Other Information:
 I love to read, my tastes vary but I usually read fantasy or mystery novels.

I love putting together puzzles but can't stand to take them apart when finished; so I have a slowly growing collection of glued puzzles I don't know what to do with.

    Just as we are entering a new month and the oneth of the month ALWAYS feels like a new beginning for me. I have been doing really well this year and entered the 40 Bags in 40 Days Challenge and feel so great about my weight going down and my fitness miles increasing. 2017 is off to a great start...and I'm convinced it can continue, especially with wonderful Spark Friends like you to keep encouraging me to do my best. Glad to be on this journey with you!
