Time to Get Back On the Wagon....


Hi Everyone. I have hit a point in my life in which I need to take control of my weight. I started to gain weight when I was in high school and college just made it worse.

My Goals:
Main Goal: Feel comfortable in my own skin

My Program:
 Right now I am trying to mostly change my eating habits. With a busy schedule it seems that junk food and fast food are the best option. I'm trying to eat more at home and taking the time to prepare something healthy instead of that quick meal.

I also try to make it over to the Y every other day to do some cardio.
