Hello everyone,
Thank you for having me!
My name is Zina (a.k.a Princess Warrior ;-), I am looking forward to starting a healthy & fit 40s era this May...
I live in the lower mainland, Vancouver BC Canada.
Have struggled with weight and my acceptance of my body for as long as I can remember, it was only till the last year or so that I became more accepting, gentle and grateful with my body.
Lived quite a hectic period of my life revolved around work and starting from scratch in Canada (came here on my own almost 17 years ago). Now I decided to stop the caos, settle in BC (have been/lived in many provinces) am learning to let go and prioritize my health and sanity. Currently overcoming adrenal fatigue, stress, low energy and iron deficiency through meditation, self-care and lots of supplements. Not a fan of medication.
Trying hard to make exercise a habit and daily activity.
My goal is to become 20Kgs lighter this year. Hopefully by end of March, but in order to do so I understand that I must overcome my internal barriers and start building a healthy relationship with exercising.
My strengths and passions: staying positive, professional development, helping others, setting goals and achieving them, IT, photography, cooking, reading and working on living a revamped lifestyle that even I won't recognize 5 years from now :-)
Weaknesses: fitness, getting proper macros and/or calories (can't figure that science yet), self image, introvert, too hard on myself.
I will try my best to post regularly. In the meantime, I wish you all a healthy and prosperous journey.
