Introduction Text Overweight by about 1 lb for every year of my life, I began my eating habits change/weight loss at the age of 52 on April 21, 2007, at 5' 4" and 209 lbs. I signed up with SparkPeople on May 14, 2007 at 203 lbs. My goal is 150 lbs by October 30, 2007. I choose the calorie counter/calorie burning method targeting Protein: 30 g; Carbs: 40g; Fats 30g; less than 300mg Cholesterol; as few added sugars as possible and at least 60% whole wheat products.
